Golf Québec et le Club de golf Kanawaki vous souhaitent la bienvenue à la deuxième édition du Championnat des Premières Nations de Golf Québec du 25 juin 2024. Veuillez lire toutes les informations suivantes en ce qui a trait au déroulement du tournoi et aux règles à respecter.
HORAIRE DE LA COMPÉTITION
Ouverture de l’inscription : 10 h 30
Départ en continu à partir de 11 h 30
Souper : débuter vers 17 h 00
INSCRIPTION
Vous devrez vous enregistrer obligatoirement dès votre arrivée au club. La table d’inscription Golf Québec ouvrira à 10 h 30.
RÈGLEMENTS ET DOCUMENTATION
La documentation sera disponible sur le Portail de l’événement dans la section Documents. Vous devez prendre connaissance de tous les documents qui s’y trouvent pour être bien informés de la règlementation en place.

S’il y a non-respect de certaines règles en place les pénalités dans le Code de conduite des joueurs seront applicables.

TEMPS DE JEU
Notez que nous avons une politique de temps de jeu dans nos compétitions qui sera effective lors du Championnat des Premières Nations de Golf Québec. : Politique sur la vitesse de rythme de jeu individuel
VÉHICULE MOTORISÉ
Les voiturettes seront autorisées seulement pour les joueurs SÉNIORS (55 ans et plus, en date de l’événement pour les hommes et 50 ans en date de l’événement pour les femmes). Il y aura une limite de 2 voiturettes par groupe, si vous utilisez une voiturette, assurez-vous de bien lire la politique de véhicule motorisé de Golf Québec.
CADET ET SPECTATEUR
Les cadets et spectateurs sont permis à cet évènement. L’utilisation d’une voiturette pour un spectateur est interdite.
RONDE DE PRATIQUE
Aucune ronde de pratique n’est prévue pour cette compétition.
REPAS
Le restaurant ne sera pas ouvert pour le déjeuner le matin de la compétition. Un souper sera offert à tous les participants et participantes après leur ronde respective. Seuls les participants de la compétition auront un souper d’inclus.

CONCOURS
Veuillez noter qu’il y aura un concours net et un concours brut au sein de la compétition.
Les joueurs et joueuses qui n’ont pas d’index d’handicap dans leur profil dans le Centre de Scores de Golf Canada seront automatiquement placés dans le concours brut et ne pourront pas participer dans le concours net.
Le gagnant de chacun des concours pour chaque genre se méritera un certificat cadeau.
TIRAGE
Les heures de départ seront disponibles au plus tard mercredi le 19 juin à 17h00 sur le portail de l’événement dans la section Tirage.

Dear competitor,
Golf Québec and Club de golf Kanawaki welcome you to the second edition of the Golf Québec Indigenous Championship on June 25th, 2024. Please read all the following information about the tournament and the rules to be followed.
COMPETITION SCHEDULE
Registration opens at 10:30 am.
Continuous Tee Time starting at 11:30 p.m.
Dinner: Around 5:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION
You must register as soon as you arrive on site inside de club house. Registration table will be open at 10:30 am.
RULES & DOCUMENTATION
All documentation will be available on the Portal of the event, under the Document section. It will be vital for you to read all available documents to be well informed of the rules in place at the event.
***Competition documentation will be available no later then June 21st, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
If there is a breach of certain rules in place at the event the penalties in the Players’ Code of Conduct Policy will be applicable.
PERSON IN CHARGE: The person in charge of this tournament will be Samuel Chainey and you can reach him for any problem on the course at (514) 812-1549.
PACE OF PLAY
Please note that we have a playing time policy in our competitions that will be in effect at the Golf Quebec First Nations Championship. Please read the following document for full details: Pace of play Policy.
Motorized Transportation
Carts will be allowed only for SENIORS players (55 and over on the date of the event for men and 50 on the date of the event for women). There will be a limit of 2 carts per group. If you are using a cart, be sure to read Golf Québec's Motorized Transportation Policy.
CADDIES AND SPECTATORS
Caddies and spectators are permitted at this event. The use of carts for spectator is forbidden.
PRACTICE ROUND
No practice rounds are scheduled for this competition.
MEAL
Restaurant won’t be open for breakfast. A dinner will be offered to all participants after their respective round. Only competition participants will have a dinner included.

TOURNAMENTS
Please note that there will be a net and a gross competition.
Players who do not have a handicap index in their Golf Canada Scores Centre profile will automatically be placed in the gross competition and will not be able to participate in the net competition.
The winner of each competition, in both genders, will receive a gift certificate.
PAIRINGS
Tee Time will be available no later than Wednesday, June 19th at 5:00 pm on the event portal in the Pairing section.
